1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide Directly
- Name and email address when you join the waitlist
- Brand name, company, monthly ad spend, and platform preferences when you apply
- Agency details, ROAS data, certifications, and portfolio information if you apply as a Fuel Partner
- Payment information processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details
- Ad platform API credentials if you connect your Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, or LinkedIn accounts
Information Collected Automatically
- Page views, clicks, and time spent on site via Google Analytics (anonymized)
- Browser type, operating system, and general geographic region
- IP address (anonymized in analytics, not stored by us)
- Form submission timestamps
Ad Platform Data
If you connect ad platform accounts, we access campaign performance data — spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROAS — through official platform APIs. This data is used solely to power your dashboard, generate your Fuel Score, and populate leaderboard rankings. We do not sell this data.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To send you the welcome sequence and product updates via Resend
- To process your subscription payments through Stripe
- To display anonymized campaign data on the public leaderboard (company names shown only with explicit consent)
- To calculate and display your Fuel Score
- To verify partner ROAS claims before listing
- To improve platform features and detect abuse
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising targeting. We do not share your ad platform data with other brands on the platform.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following trusted third-party services:
- Resend — email delivery. Your email address is stored in Resend to send automated sequences. Resend Privacy Policy
- Stripe — payment processing. Card details are processed directly by Stripe and never touch our servers. Stripe Privacy Policy
- Netlify — website hosting and form processing. Form submissions are received by Netlify before reaching us. Netlify Privacy Policy
- Supabase — database storage for your account and platform data. Hosted on AWS in the United States. Supabase Privacy Policy
- Google Analytics — anonymized website usage tracking. IP anonymization is enabled. Google Privacy Policy
- Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, and DDoS protection. Processes network requests to our domain. Cloudflare Privacy Policy
4. Data Retention
- Waitlist data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
- Account data is retained while your subscription is active and for 90 days after cancellation
- Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by tax law
- Ad platform performance data is retained for 24 months for trend analysis
- Analytics data is retained for 26 months in Google Analytics
5. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
- Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you
- Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion — request deletion of your personal data
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
