User Agreement

1. Scope and Acceptance

This User Agreement applies to all registered users, waitlist members, partner applicants, and Collective members. By submitting any form on ProAdsFuel.com, you acknowledge and accept this Agreement alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Authorized Platform Use

You agree to use the platform only for legitimate advertising intelligence and optimization purposes for your own business or a business you are authorized to represent. You confirm that:

• You are an authorized representative of the brand or agency you register
• All campaign data you connect or share accurately represents real advertising activity
• You will not attempt to inflate, manipulate, or misrepresent campaign metrics
• You will not use platform intelligence to copy or reverse-engineer competitor strategies in ways that violate their intellectual property
• You have the authority to connect the ad platform accounts you link to the platform

3. API Data Sharing Consent

When you connect your advertising accounts, you explicitly consent to:

• ProAdsFuel accessing read-only performance data via official platform APIs (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn)
• Your aggregate ROAS and spend range being used to contribute to anonymized platform benchmarks
• Your data being stored securely in our Supabase database hosted on AWS in the United States
• Performance data being retained for up to 24 months for trend analysis

You may revoke API access at any time. Revoking access does not delete historical data already collected — submit a deletion request to hello@proadsfuel.com for that.

4. Leaderboard Participation

By default your campaign data contributes to anonymous platform benchmarks only. Your company name will NOT appear on the public leaderboard unless you explicitly opt in.

Opting Into the Leaderboard

If you request leaderboard listing, you additionally consent to:

• Your company name, industry, geographic location (city/state), platforms used, and ROAS range being publicly displayed
• Your listing being used in Fuel marketing materials (monthly reports, social media, press releases) with attribution
• Your listing remaining live for a minimum of 30 days after the initial publication

You may request removal from the leaderboard at any time with 7 days processing time.

5. Partner Listing Agreement

By applying as a Fuel Partner, you represent and warrant that:

• All ROAS figures and case study results you submit are accurate and verifiable
• You consent to Fuel verifying your submitted metrics through platform API or client confirmation before listing
• Your listing may be removed if any submitted information is found to be inaccurate or misleading
• You will respond to inbound inquiries from brands through the platform within 5 business days
• You will not solicit clients found through the Fuel platform to circumvent the platform
• Your listing fee is non-refundable once your listing has been published

6. Collective Membership Agreement

Collective members additionally agree to:

• Maintain the minimum $3,000 monthly ad spend commitment for the duration of membership
• Connect a minimum of 2 active advertising platform accounts within 14 days of approval
• Not compete within another Collective member's assigned territory (product category + geography combination)
• Treat all information shared within the Collective about other members' strategies as confidential
• Provide 30 days notice before cancelling Collective membership
• Acknowledge that territory exclusivity is subject to maintaining an active paid membership

7. AI Tool Usage

The platform includes AI-powered tools including the UGC Script Generator and Fuel Agent. When using these tools:

• You own all content you generate using the AI tools — it is yours to use commercially
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before use, including for accuracy, legality, and brand safety
• You may not use AI-generated scripts to create deceptive, misleading, or harmful advertising
• AI tool outputs are not guaranteed to comply with platform advertising policies — you are responsible for compliance
• Usage limits apply per plan: 50 scripts/month (Starter), unlimited (Growth and above)

8. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, please contact hello@proadsfuel.com first. We will attempt to resolve all disputes within 14 business days through direct communication.

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, both parties agree to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Cook County, Illinois. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding.

Class action lawsuits and class arbitrations are waived to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Agreement Updates

We may update this Agreement as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email 14 days before they take effect. Minor clarifications may be made without notice. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
